So like i said I've been getting into a lot of juicing and smoothie making, but after lacking motivation and energy the past few weeks i wanted to pick myself up. So i recently bought Jason Vale's juice master 5 lbs in 5 days app. This is not just a loose weight diet for me, but after reading a lot into it and watching coaching videos it seems this is really gonna help me gain some energy back. :) 

So what i thought id do is follow a plan for 5 days and post daily pics of the recipes I'm using and post the results, by results i mean the difference in my skin/weight and log the difference i feel in myself. Ive tried a few green juices but I'm still searching for other juices that are brighter in colours and have different tastes (so any recommendations would be great) but for my 1st day which starts tomorrow, i will be having 4 green juices (yummy) 

The 2 small narrow bottles have:
* Spinach
* Courgette
* Pea pods
* Pineapple
* Lime
* Cucumber

The 2 wider bottles have:

* Cucumber
* Apples
* Lime
* Pineapple
* Avocado
* Spinach
* Celery
* Ginger

So these have lots of goodies in!! Very healthy!!

Lets see how i get on, remember i'l be doing this plan for 5 days and posting pics of the different juices and smoothies. :) :)
